A Word About Covid-19 Safety in Pilates Studios
We are thrilled to be reopened and have enjoyed welcoming those who feel comfortable back into the studio!
As you might imagine, we’ve had to make quite a few changes to our daily rhythm in order to ensure that we can remain operational in accordance with state and city guidelines, and we evolve our safety practices as new guidelines and directives emerge.
Natural Movement Pilates is committed to following COVID-19 safe practices in accordance with state guidelines. Your health and safety is our priority! If you have questions or concerns at any time, please feel free to speak to Natascha.
A mask must be worn in the studio at all times, including while exercising. If you do not wish to wear a mask, we invite you to join us for an online class from the comfort and safety of home.
The studio and all equipment are disinfected thoroughly before and after each session using EPA recommended disinfectant sprays.
There is a minimum of 20 minutes between each session to allow for thorough disinfecting.
Small group class size is limited to 3 persons, and physical distancing is maintained at all times.
As weather permits, we open doors for fresh air ventilation.
If you arrive early, we ask you wait in your car or outside until class time.
If you have any symptoms of illness—runny nose, sore throat, fever, body aches, extreme fatigue, loss of taste/smell—please stay home, and see a doctor if needed.
If you have traveled out of the state, we ask that you follow the current state guidelines on quarantine and only return to the studio after the quarantine period has passed and you have no symptoms of illness and/or a confirmed negative Covid-19 test. The same holds if you have hosted out of state guests in your home.
Thank you for helping to keep one another and our community safe!
